I feel privileged in interacting with you. This is an excerpt from the myriad achievements, a small glimpse of this institution which makes it a prestigious institution of this area. An educated person is the lifeline and backbone of a society. It was a long pending demand of the people of this area to establish a higher education institute for the students and their dream came true in the year 1967 when this college was started as an evening college, it was subsequently converted to Day College in the year 1970. Since then it has achieved many milestones. With the passing of each spring it bloomed further and bright students proliferated in exodus and added many feathers to its cap. The word success is akin to the ardent students who take admission in this college with aim to achieve their dreams.
The teaching learning process is the foundation of any successful institute. It is not a one way traffic. The teacher-student rapport is the paramount thing which is the central idea of this institution. The affinity between teachers and students is evident in the accolades achieved by the students each year in different field. The sole aim of this institution is not only to give such young minds to the society who are brilliant academicians but also to make them a responsible citizen of this country. The mind of a student is like soil to which a potter gives shape and here the potters are teachers.
